Life & Career Coaching

for young women professionals and university students in Morocco


2024 Vision & Goals

  • Design and launch a life and career virtual coaching program to serve university students and young professional women in Morocco

  • Engage at least 25 coaches and professionals to volunteer a minimum of 10 hours a year to coach 2 young women 1:1

  • Collaborate with Education For All (EFA) to engage 30-50 coaching recipients from their alumnae

  •  Establish an coach advisory group including volunteer coaches to collaborate in designing the program while implementing best practices and tools

  • Initiate coaching sessions Summer 2024 and complete 50-100 coaching sessions by yearend

  •  Identify and invite other organizations to collaborate in engaging coaches 


COACH ENGAGEMENT

  • Coach Profile | women who are professionals across industries, certified coaches and experienced mentors

  • Coach Advisory Committee | collaborate on ongoing program development and design

  • Coach The Coach | onboarding session with primer for coaching taking into account EFA graduates profile and needs

  • Coaching Tool Kit | coaching tools and resources for Renovad coaches

COACHING RECIPIENTS

  • Coaching Recipients Profile | young women professionals and university students, most of whom completed high school while boarding at Education for All. Most of them are the first in their families and villages to graduate from high school and pursue higher education and careers

  • Survey | to guide development of a “Coach The Coach” brief and tools to better serve the needs of the EFA Alumnae

COACHING PROGRAM

  • A minimum of 5 hours of 1:1 coaching to be provided per recipient starting Summer 2024

  • Coach and recipient matching to be done by the Renovad GIVE Advisory Committee taking into account coach and client profiles, and potential alignment

  • Life and career planning and development resources for recipients as a coaching start up kit

  • LinkedIn private group for continued and organic communication among coaches, recipients and Renovad GIVE

  • Virtual program launch with all coaches and recipients for a welcome, briefing, Q&A

  • Virtual group check ins with content ranging from a group coaching session focused on particular topics of interest, to an expert panel or fireside chat with role models and inspirational leaders

  • Coach and client surveys by December 31, 2024, to identify lessons learned and continue to shape the program

  • Renovad “Tea Talk” with Coaches and Recipients during Oct 2024 Renovad Retreat in Marrakech
